Erimo cape is a cape in Hokkaido Doo located most south geographically. Although climate is comparatively warm in Hokkaido, there is the feature referred to as that a seashore part tended to generate a thick fog. Erimo cape is an end of the No. 1 south where the Hidaka mountain range in Hokkaido falls in the Pacific Ocean. If it is rather in Hokkaido, the difference of temperature is not it, either, and there is also a little little snowfall. Moreover, Erimo cape is specified as Hidakasanmyaku-Erimo Quasi-National Park. |
