It is the scenery of the Sekainoume park Chinese garden looked down on from the Toubaikaku observatory. If it does like this and sees, I will think very well that there is height from this view place up to the bottom. Jinbaikan could be seen over the wood of a plum and, as for the left hand, in the town in Mitsu, Setonaikai spreads out to the right hand bordering on the Ayabe mountain. The view from here thinks too that it is probably the most wonderful in a Sekainoume park.
