Kugushi lake is located in the sea side from Suga lake or Suigetsu lake, and a high tide has very much inflow of sea water. There are about 7km of the circumferences. It is said that Kugushi lake was a small bay from the first a long time ago. If it sees from the Baijyodake summit of the mountain, it was visible in the inner part of Hiruga lake, and is connected with Suigetsu lake. |
