Kenrokuen Garden in the city area central part of Kanazawa-shi, Ishikawa is set to one of the three Japan gardens (three gardens) along with Mito Kairakuen and Okayama Korakuen Garden.
It is said for the Maeda official discipline which was the fifth generation Kaga Domain Lord of those days to be the beginning in 1676 that a residential area was developed.
That's right currently called the Renchi yard since it was near the Renchi gate which makes some Kanazawa castles those days.
It is said that what was able to be burned in the conflagration of Horeki in 1759 after that was revived, the hand of the 13th generation Kaga Domain Lord and Maeda Nariyasu was extended more, and it became a present figure. Although the Kanazawa castle confronts each other across a way now, this road reclaimed land from the ditch, was made, and is connected by the Ishikawa bridge. It is said that the basis was also one and the Kanazawa castle and Kenrokuen Garden were gardens in the Kanazawa inside of a castle. It seemed that Snow hanging finished with the garden in December which I performed, and it prepared for the snow coverage of winter greeted still more in it. Although it is November 1 that Snow hanging itself is performed, they are the comment that Snow hanging is also given to the Karasaki pine supposed that age-of-a-tree 200 years are exceeded, and such Snow hanging suits Kenrokuen Garden. When there was a snow-covered landscape, it was better, but it had not snowed yet by an unlucky warm winter. Although it dropped in on the way home after Kenrokuen Garden having gone to the other place, it was surprised a little also at the tightness of the time restrictions of a closed garden at 16:30. Since it has already reached in 16:00, it was run photography for about only 30 minutes. It is such a garden to look at more thoroughly in fact. Admission fees are 300 yen and a comparatively conscientious amount of money.
